I was in to return a purchase of some plumbing parts we didn’t need. While there I also returned an older purchase that I had opened one of the packages. They not only refunded me on it all but went and researched the catalog to see if they could find the item I thought I wanted which turned out to be the same as I returned, I just hadn’t read it correctly. So I repurchased the one I had opened. They were so patient, kind and helpful. It was closing time and they didn’t rush me.
